So, I owe you guys an explanation, update, and correction on one of my last articles, “Dahmer pose” statue in Tony Podesta’s house matches illustration published with Aleister Crowley text. The original title said “from” a Crowley text. Then after being corrected by a reader who is highly ranked in the OTO membership, I learned that the image in question was not, to his knowledge, ever placed next to the text in question, Crowley’s Liber Oz, in any official publication that he was aware of. In fact, he said, the image was originally from Manly P. Hall’s Secret Teachings of All Ages, where it is captioned “the Ancient of Ancients.” I then had to try to track down where I had gotten this image of the two things side by side, and I went about using reverse image search engines to try to find it. That yielded nothing, so I did key word searches over the next couple of days until I finally found it. Embarrassingly, it was not from any printed publication, rogue or otherwise, as I had assumed.
